Here is my crock pot:

Sunday morning: Large chicken roasts away all day for supper.
Monday, mid morning: Chicken stock removed & strained. Navy bean soup started to cook until supper.
Tuesday night: Cook multi-grain porridge overnight for Wednesday’s breakfast.
Wednesday night: Beans soaking overnight in crock pot.
Thursday morning: Cook pinto beans all day for supper.
Friday, midday: Cook macaroni & cheese all afternoon for supper.
Saturday: Whew, rest day.
