Menu Plan Dec. 14

Sunday
Breakfast: Eggs, millet, grapefruit.
Dinner: Roasted chicken, millet, green beans.
To do: bake coconut bread, soak nuts & seeds.

Monday
Breakfast: Coconut milk smoothies, coconut bread & butter.
Dinner: Vegetable Beef Soup, orange coconut cake.
To do: bake cake, dehydrate nuts/seeds, thaw chicken, thaw sausage.

Tuesday
Breakfast: Eggs, grapefruit, sausage.
Dinner: Taco Salad with lettuce, homemade salsa, beef, guacamole & onions.
To do: place farm order, thaw beef for hamburgers.

Wednesday
Breakfast: Crispy nut & seed granola with coconut milk tonic.
Dinner: Asian baked chicken, vegetable stir fry.
To do: thaw beef for meatloaf.

Thursday:
Breakfast: Smoothies, coconut bread.
Dinner: Hamburgers, sauteed mushrooms, butternut squash fries.
To do: bake fries, thaw chicken

Friday:
Breakfast: Eggs & pancakes.
Dinner: Chicken cacciatore in crock pot, veggies, coconut milk pudding.
To do: pick up bulk farm order, mix meatloaf, make pudding.

Saturday:
Breakfast: Eggs & pancakes.
Dinner: Meatloaf, peas, green beans.

    It was good to see this menu plan. After seeing all the things you are NOT going to eat I was sort of wondering what you would be eating! ;) Doesn’t really look terribly different aside from the lack of cheese and using the coconut milk. Funny, I’m reading Eat Fat, Lost Fat finally and just bought some coconut milk to try the coconut tonic myself since I’m supposedly allergic to dairy.

    Cathy – Yeah, I know what you mean about the list of “don’t eat”. I found eat fat lose fat to be very helpful. I have it loaned out to my fat-phobic brother right now :). I made the coconut milk tonic and it was great. Turning it into sugar free hot cocoa was even better! I’ll post a recipe soon.
