I just wanted to add that I went to a chocolate shop today and bought the 75% dark chocolate bar I was looking for the one with the fleur de sel but they didn’t have that one. She told me that the 70% chocolate bar is made from the Nacional bean which is a rare bean and that the founder is trying to bring the bean back and that very few americans have tried chocolate made from the beans.
