I love our CSA. I am so sad for the two months of the year that our CSA is on break. Grocery store vegetables just don't cut it for us anymore. Fresh from the farm is so much better.

Yay for CSA's! We love ours, too, and can't imagine NOT having it. We work at hours 4 hours/week and take home some of the off stuff (like spotty zucchini or small ears of corn or split tomatoes). The other thing is that it provides a source for preserving. Not only do I have great tomatoes for my salad, but then I am able to make spaghetti sauce and salsa to have all winter long. I grew up not even knowing they sold "canned tomatoes" in the store, and my kids are growing up the same way.
