		<description>What an interesting take on tabbouleh!  I&#039;ll have to try this myself.  I haven&#039;t made it with bulgur in a long time; I usually use sprouted quinoa.  I also like a really ridiculous amount of lemon juice.  Thanks for the inspiration!</description>
