- Surviving Off Off-Grid: Chapter 13 – Food, Part 3 :: A Process Driven Life. Part 3 of the Food Chapters are up in this wonderful resource for Homesteaders
- Vitamin D Supplementation During Pregnancy Improves Newborn Health :: Primal Wisdom. If you need another reason to take fermented cod liver oil, especially during pregnancy, here is one more.
- Pay More, Eat Less: An Important Truth To Eating Naturally on a Budget :: Passionate Homemaking. Lindsey shares the forgotten fact that while nourishing food is more expensive, you don’t require as much food overall.

I noticed there are quite a few choices for fermented CLO on the site you link to. Is there a health difference between getting the capsules vs. oil? Do you recommend one of the varieties over another?

Forgot to add, if you get the liquid CLO, can you hide it in stuff to give to the kids or is there a minimum age for them to take it?
