Giveaway Week, Day 6: Traditional Foods E-Course

Three years ago I was completely overwhelmed at the thought of preparing real foods from scratch in their most nutrient dense forms. What I wish I had was someone or something to guide me through it all. Someone to show me visually how to soak grains or how fermented dairy should look when it is cultured.

Wardeh Harmon has created an e-course to do just that – guide you through the fundamentals of preparing traditional foods from scratch. If you’re interested in learning more and would like to enter to win a free 5 month enrollment then head on over to the giveaways page.

And stay tuned for our last giveaway of the week coming later today.

  1. I would love to take this course. I’m not a great cook and need a lot of help to learn how to prepare REAL food. The videos would help me out so much!!!

  2. Would love the chance to learn more and refine the skills I have! What a great giveaway – thank you.

  3. I would love to win this. I have been trying to learn more information about traditional cooking and eating. I have read a ton of stuff. I have even tried a few things but most of what I have read is quickly forgotten or is so intimadating that I don’t even try it. I am the only person in my area that I am aware of that is interested in making the change to trditional eating so most of the information I get is from blogs. I would love to have a “friend” to show me the ropes even if it is a virtual friend. Winning this would give me the skills I need to truly begin my traditional food journey.

  4. I subscribe to both blogs thru RSS reader and newsletters.

I have not been able to enroll due to financial difficulties although the course would have been a blessing to me due to my ill health and disabilities!

  5. Hope could not have said it better…

  6. I am looking at cleaning up my eating, and came across your website! What a resource. Then to find this ecourse on top of it is amazing! I think for a newbie into clean wholesome eating (in addition to living overseas…in a country I do not really speak the language) would an amazing asset!

  7. I follow Wardeh’s blog and have been wanting to do this but don’t have the money to spend right now.

  8. This looks very interesting. I wish I could afford to take this course…maybe next time she offers it.
