What Real Food Bloggers Really Eat: Jo-Lynne of Musings of a Housewife

Today we continue taking a look at what bloggers really eat – where the rubber meets the road, if you will. Before we get started I wanted to share a quick note with you. Many of you have said that you are anxiously awaiting the second part in the digestion and elimination series. I just wanted to let you know that it should be up sometime next week, Lord willing.

Jo-Lynne of Musings of a Housewife is our featured real food lover today. She is a wife, mama, blog designer, and real food enthusiast. She has agreed to share a three day food journal with us.

Friday

Breakfast: French Toast made from homemade bread, pastured eggs, raw milk, vanilla, and a bit of cinnamon sugar and coffee. 

Lunch: Turkey lunchmeat and cheese and an apple. 

Dinner: homemade Chicken Noodle Soup.

Sunday

Breakfast: Homemade granola with raw milk and coffee. 

Lunch: A fried egg and an apple. 

Snacked on blueberry cobbler at a friend’s house. 

Dinner: Chicken Enchiladas and a salad with raw red pepper strips on the side.

Monday

Breakfast: Homemade granola with raw milk and coffee. 

Lunch: A fried egg and an apple. 

Snacked on popcorn popped in coconut oil with sea salt and real butter melted on top. 

Dinner: Tacos.
