  1. I want to try fermenting this summer! I would love to take an ecourse to prepare myself …. I am due with my first child this summer and my husband and I have expanded our garden this summer with hopes that while I stay home with my new little one I can store food for us for the following winter, since we will be down a paycheck 🙂

After seeing so many close family members loosing their health and some their lives because of lack of knowledge of what nutrition could have really done for them, I have made it a kind of mission to learn all I can to be able to enjoy better health in the future.   7. Ugh! I do so much better when I can WATCH things rather than just reading instructions; it takes the intimidation factor out of doing new things for me. I already enjoy Jenny’s video blog posts, so I know this will be a great course.

  13. I’m very interested in this course. I’m generally very frugal, but I’ve been spending a lot on kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha tea, pickles, and other fermented foods. I hope to learn how to make them, but I’m nervous about trying. I’ve made yogurt, but none of the others.
