    I’ve tried fermenting food and then I’m to scared to eat it. There is a jar of “maybe kefir” in the fridge right now. There has been many a jar of sauerkraut fermented on the counter then moved to the fridge to live out it’s days at the back behind old jars of pickles.
    Maybe this book could help me move beyond my fear????
