    I recently bought this book and L_O_V_E it. I’ve been fermenting foods for about a year, but this book gave me a whole new lease on fermenting. I’ve done pickled beets, pickled radishes and now working on beet kvass and next will be making ginger bug!!! Can you tell I’m super excited? I needed the ‘idiots guide’ to fermenting to build my confidence in fermentation processes. You won’t be sorry you bought this book. I’m looking forward to dilly bean, cucumber pickles and so much more from this years garden, thanks to Wardeh Harmon!
