  7. I’m a new fermenter! I made the lacto-fermented salsa from Nourishing Traditions, which was very yummy. I love the thrill of cultivating life, plus I feel like I’m rebelling against my mom (a clinical dietitian who specialized in food safety) by leaving food out on the counter. 😉
