I posted the info on my blog. Sadly, I have not had the chance to read it yet. I offered to do a review but a print copy is not available yet to review. My eyes can't take a lot of computer reading.

I also really enjoyed Surviving Off-Off Grid! I am on my third time reading it because the information is so valuable. Not many people in the sustainable reading category have dared to address what really being independant of the grid is and this book really hammers home the idea that solar power and other means are not sustainable. I also learned so much about the common world view and why it is not a biblical view. I love it and I could not agree more with the content! I can't wait to see your review of the new Last Pilgrims book. It looks like it will be another great read. I had no idea that your family played a part in the book. That is great!

Made this recipe for this first time this morning. Didn't have all the specific ingredients so had to substitute here and there. They tasted wonderful despite their somewhat mishapen look. I kept changing things as I went along due to the first batch being too thin. By the time I ran out of batter, I almost had the proportions perfected. Next time! Someone asked how many servings in the recipe. Well, my husband and I, neither a big eater, finished them off! I didn't count, but my guess is there were at least a dozen, 3" pancakes. Thank you, Shannon, for the recipe and your terrific sense of humor.
