    How fantastic! I have recently been reading how wonderful cultured foods are and have been wanting to jump in, however I feel so unprepared! I just found out that I have a yeast allergy and was to,d that raw homemade cultures and fermented foods help treat yeast conditions, so I guess now is the best time to dive in!
