Menu Plan: Week 4 of NSM

Sunday
Breakfast: Eggs, applesauce.
Dinner: Chicken pot pie with millet dumplings.
To do: soak beans.

Monday
Breakfast: Porridge.
Dinner: Crock pot pinto beans with beef, shredded cabbage, tomatoes & garlic.
To do: thaw chicken.

Tuesday
Breakfast: Porridge, eggs.
Dinner: Chicken stir fry with cabbage and carrots, brown rice.
To do: start porridge soaking before bed, start lamb roast defrosting.

Wednesday
Breakfast: leftover porridge, coconut bread.
Dinner: White bean & bacon soup with carrots and celery, blender batter cornbread.
To do: start porridge before bed, make cranberry cake, make garlic-rosemary crust for lamb.

Thursday:
Breakfast: Crock pot porridge.
Dinner: Roasted lamb shoulder with garlic & rosemary crust, roasted butternut squash with butter & cinnamon, green beans almondine, coconut flour cranberry cake with whipped cream.
To do: start lamb stock in crock pot, take chicken out of freezer.

Friday:
Breakfast: Porridge, eggs, coconut flour muffins.
Dinner: Lamb stew, cabbage salad.
To do: pick up bulk food order, prep crock pot for Saturday.

Saturday:
Breakfast: Porridge, eggs.
Dinner: Chicken roasted in crock pot with brown rice, green beans, peas.
