Today we continue taking a look at what bloggers really eat – where the rubber meets the road, if you will. Before we get started I wanted to share a quick note with you. Many of you have said that you are anxiously awaiting the second part in the digestion and elimination series. I just wanted to let you know that it should be up sometime next week, Lord willing.

Jo-Lynne of Musings of a Housewife is our featured real food lover today. She is a wife, mama, blog designer, and real food enthusiast. She has agreed to share a three day food journal with us.
