  1. Thanks so much for sharing this giveaway. I have tackled sauerkraut and ginger carrots. Can’t wait to try fermenting some radishes next week. I have tried the beverages… dairy kefir and kombucha … but haven’t had much success with incorporating them into my diet. Would love to learn about meat.
