A Boy and His Steer

It is a rare occurrence that I am out in the (very rundown) pasture at the same time as the children but it just so happened I was there a couple of weeks ago to capture something I didn’t even know was happening.

I was out there helping Stewart and happened to have my camera and Abram happened to not realize that last fact. I am sure if he had it would have never been caught in a photo. But I am very thankful it was.

  1. I do so enjoy your pictures and writings. Your family is growing so fast, it is hard to realize that you will have teens coming along. The pictures of Abram and his steer are awesome. You all are building a lot of precious memories each and every day. I am blessed that I have been able to capture so much of our lives in pictures. They are something to treasure. Blessings to you all.

    1. Martha – Oh dear, I had not even thought of the fact that these boys will, Lord willing, be teenagers in a few years. They are just about to turn ten and twelve respectively so I will keep telling myself it is a ways off before they grow up.

    1. Melonie – Yes, exactly! Abram is our most introverted introvert so getting any natural pictures of him is tough, making this especially exciting.
