Adrenal Fatigue: a 3-part series

I have a time-consuming project in the works, which I hope to tell you about very soon, but for now I’ll be sharing a few of the series I have written that may be useful.

Today’s series is one I wrote this year on adrenal fatigue. It is still something I am healing in my own body and may be something some of you struggle with as well. It can be found in three parts:

Enjoy!

  1. Great info! I’ve suffered with adrenal stress/fatigue and hormone imbalance in my body for almost ten years. It occured after some very stressful moments in my life. After being told by allopathic docs that it was only ‘stress’ causing my symptoms I found an amazing naturopath who helped me start healing. Today I feel pretty good (with the occasional lapse). All with the support of nutrient dense foods, some supplements w/nutrients I was lacking (including glandulars), a lifestyle modification, lots of rest (to help adrenals store up reserves again and keep me from taking out more withdrawals), and TIME (it wasn’t a quick fix- that’s for sure).

I was interested in reading more about the copper-zinc connection but the link on your blog doesn’t work anymore. Do you have another?
    Thanks!

  2. Just wanted to comment that I have been learning a lot in this area as well and one of the websites that has helped me see the links between so many diseases (adrenal fatigue included), and how they can all be helped tremendously by some extremely easy measures is : http://www.180degreehealth.com . I had noticed almost a year ago that I had low body temperature signaling adrenal/thyroid issues, but dismissed it b/c I couldn’t find anything on how to help it naturally. I am now determined to supply my body with all it is asking for and Lord-willing in healing my metabolism I will heal many of the other ill effects I have suffered from toxic mold exposure. Hopefully this will be a help to others reading this blog as well. :0)
