But… is he your Lord?

Some excerpts from A.W. PINK: “MY THOUGHTS are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, Saith the LORD” ( Isaiah 55:8). A Simple Way to Get Everyone to Eat Ferments at Every Meal

Our kitchen table is often overflowing with dishes after a meal or kombucha making supplies or sourdough bread pans and dusty piles of flour. This table is where we gather for nourishment of all kinds and store piles of groceries after the weekly trip to town and do all sorts of making when the counters…

Hello and Welcome!

about

We're Stewart and Shannon. We live off-grid on our little Texas homestead with our seven children. While homeschooling our children we work together as a family to try to grow as much of our own food as we can. We write about nourishing a family on real food, raising animals, gardening in a hot climate, off-grid living, parenthood, and The Only Savior of Sinners, Jesus Christ. Thanks for being here!
